Ready to get started?
1. Log In: Visit https://ncna.connectedcommunity.org/ and click the blue 'Sign In' button in the top right corner. Use the "Can't access your account?" link and the email address associated with your membership to set your password. If you don't receive the password reset email, check your spam folder or add mail@connectedcommunity.org to your safe sender list.
2. Upload Your Profile Picture: Once you're in, click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the page, next to the search bar. Click 'Profile'. Locate the 'Actions' button with the down-facing arrow below the profile picture. Click the down-facing arrow and select 'Change Picture.' Upload your picture to your profile.
3. Update Your Profile: Add a bio, education, and job history to your profile if you choose. Need to update other information? Click the button next to 'Contact Details' to update your NCNA membership profile. Anything that you update will sync with the community within 30 minutes.
4. Post a discussion message. Click on the 'Participate' tab in the menu bar, and click 'Post New Message.' Select which community to post 'To.' Use the formatting tool bar to format your message. Select 'Post.'
