Discover the North Carolina Institute of Medicine’s recently released report, Time for Action: Securing A Strong Nursing Workforce for North Carolina, which provides recommendations for 1.) preparing future nurses, 2.) developing, sustaining, and retaining nurses in their careers, and 3.) valuing the work of nurses.

Outcome

90% of participants will report that the activity provides actionable strategies for effectively integrating NCIOM task force recommendations, entities called on as responsible parties to implement recommendations, and ideas for bringing attention to and implementing the recommendations into their practice.
