Description |
Nurses must understand their value at the table and their leadership abilities. However, it is even more vital for nurses to understand how to respond when they are not offered a seat at the table. This presentation seeks to help nurses work through the emotions of being excluded from leadership and strive to find ways to be welcomed at the table or consider leadership in other areas. |
Outcome |
90% of participants will report that the activity provides actionable strategies for effectively integrating stronger leadership development and skills in the healthcare environment, influencing traditional training on women clinical leaders, and removing barriers to communication between generations within the healthcare team into their practice. |
