We know that getting approval from your supervisor to attend a multi-day conference like the Nurse Practitioner Spring Symposium (NPSS) can be daunting, which is why we want to give you the tools to start the conversation (and hopefully answer any of their questions before they even ask!)

ON-SITE REGISTRATION AFTER APRIL 4: Please register by April 4 to guarantee your spot. On-site registrations will be accepted as long as space is available. A $25 on-site processing fee will be added to all on-site registrations.
SESSION SPACE AND COMFORT: All concurrent sessions will be filled on a first come/first served basis. As a reminder, concurrent sessions will also be available for viewing with content capture. Plan to wear layered clothing for your personal comfort.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: To request a refund, please submit the details in writing or by email to rns@ncnurses.org. Requests received by February 28, 2025 will receive a full refund less a 25% administrative fee. Requests received by March 28, 2025 will receive a full refund less a 50% administrative fee. Refund requests received after March 28, 2025 are subject to full forfeiture.
