NCNA Strategic Goals and Objectives
Approved by NCNA Board of Directors on December 8, 2008.
 
Goal A. Continue to be the voice for nursing at the General Assembly and within the public policy and regulatory arena.
   
Goal B. Make North Carolina's nursing workplaces the best in the nation through the Hallmarks of Healthy Workplaces program and other workforce advocacy initiatives.
   
Goal C.   Advocate for nursing education necessary to meet the workforce needs of North Carolina.
   
Goal D. Strengthen NCNA's voice and influence by recruiting, retaining and engaging NCNA members.
   
Goal E.   Strengthen NCNA's voice, influence and recognition by increasing visibility and communication within the membership, as well as among the nursing profession and the external community.
   
Goal F.   Strengthen internal and external partnerships and affiliations necessary to achieve NCNA's strategic goals and objectives.
