Moses Cone Health System (MCHS) is a non-profit, multi-hospital system with a range of services designed to provide care for Piedmont residents throughout all stages of their lives. MCHS was the first in the Southeast to receive Magnet recognition for all five of our member hospitals. There is truly something for everyone in Greensboro, North Carolina and within Moses Cone Health System.  You won’t find a better place to fulfill your career goals—a place that offers all the benefits of a large health care system. Learn more about what makes each of our facilities unique-and discover what you'll find when you work here by visiting our website at www.mosescone.com.

Our vision for nursing is, simply, to be the best place to practice nursing in the country. This vision is an ambitious one, and that’s why we attract people like you—people with a passion for caring.  Our patient centered practice environment is based on our 3 C’s:  Caring, Competence and Celebration. The core of our practice philosophy is Patient & Family focused care.

Nurses who join Moses Cone Health System find that our executives are remarkably present and available. Our Chief Nursing Officer, Joan Wessman—and others—make rounds on the clinical areas, learning first hand what nurses need to care for their patients.

Help us fulfill our vision of becoming the best place to practice nursing in the country. Practice the way you’ve always wanted to, in an environment that embraces excellence.
