June 21st – 29th – Reviewer Team phone conference:  Written application
July 7th – summary reports to Credentialing Committee
Week of July 21st – Credentialing Committee meets
Week of July 21st - Applicants receive phone call and email regarding eligibility to proceed to site visit
July 28th – August 22nd – site visits
September 1st – summary reports to Credentialing Committee
Week of September 15th – Credentialing Committee meets
Week of September 15th - Applicants receive phone call and email regarding Hallmarks Recognition
