LINKAGES: A Mentoring Program
NCNA Triangle Region has revived LINKAGES: A Mentoring Program and invites you to become a mentor. The program was established to link the
NCNA member (mentor) with the nursing student (mentee) for the purpose of support during transition to nursing role as a student and as a new graduate. The program also encourages participation in
professional nursing organizations, including NCANS (North Carolina Association of Nursing Students) and NCNA. The Commitment is for one academic year or for as long as both partners agree. For more information about the program, refer to the following forms:

If you are interested, please fill out the mentor section of the data sharing form and email it to Mentoring, Recognition, Awards Committee Chair.
